Our certified applicators completely removal all contamination / staining from wood & wood composite surfaces utilizing proprietary OCL chemistry prior to the application of one of our protective coatings. COATING OVERVIEW:



ByoPlanet Repel-It F30 AM provides the ability to immediately eliminate potential issues of microbial growth & provide long-term protection on virtually any interior/exterior surfaces including: Dimensional Lumber, OSB, Floor Joists, Plywood, Trusses, Wall Panels, Treated Wood, Stone, Tile, Slate, Concrete/Masonry, and other building members.



ByoPlanet Repel-It 51 AM Technology, a partially fluorinated product designed for aftermarket, ambient cure, soft surface soil and stain protection applications. While it offers protection to a broad range of surfaces, Repel Itâ„¢ 51 AM has been specifically designed to impart soil and stain protection, through optimal water and oil repellency when applied to apparel, upholstery, leather and nonwoven fabrics. This product is also ideal for outdoor fabric protection such as awnings, patio furnishings and marine / RV fabrics.



SaniKleen-ResiDX is a 5% active 3-(trihydroxysilyl) propyldimethyloctadecyl ammonium chloride in a stabilized aqueous solution, that when applied to surfaces, inhibits the growth of odor causing bacteria, bacteria that cause staining and discoloration, fungi (mold and mildew) and algae. SaniKleen-ResiDX treatment provides an invisible micro biostatic coating for effective, durable protection of treated surfaces against microbial deterioration, odor, staining and discoloration typically associated with bacteria, fungi (mold and mildew) and algae.



SaniKleen-ProTexx utilizes a novel surfactant system utilized in ProTexx carries the active ingredients deep into the substrate. ProTexx was developed to protect wood from the dangers of mold, wood-rot, termites, borer beetles and fire for the life of the structure. Easily applied by wet spray, the protection begins as soon as the product has dried.



ProTexx for Flame Proofing: The active compounds in ProTexx change the oxidation reactions in the combustion of cellulosic materials to cause the formation of carbon residue. This charring action forms a barrier to combustion and diverts the decomposition products that would alternatively smolder. ProTexx is particularly effective in reducing the flammability of cellulosic materials used in residential and commercial construction. Applications include treatment of wood composites, wood framing, and cellulose insulation.



FotoFX harnessing cutting-edge chemical technology and the power of natural light, FotoFX can create safer, healthier environments free of microbial contamination and harmful VOCs. The use of the FotoFX photo catalyst creates a self-cleaning and antimicrobial surface, ensuring increased protection against pathogens, malodors, and chemical toxins and reducing the need for harmful cleaning agents.



BoraGuard is water soluble inorganic borate salt for the protection and treatment of lumber and wood-foam composite structural components, against decay fungi and wood boring beetles including Powder Post Beetles (Lyctidae), Furniture Beetles and Old House Borers (Anobildae), and Longhorn Beetles (Cerambycidae), and cellulose insulation (paper-based) against decay fungi. BoraGuard also controls Subterranean Termites (Reticulitermes, Coptotermes, Heterotermes), Dampwood Termites (zootermopsis), Drywood Termites (Kalotermes, Incisitermes), and Carpenter Ants (Camponotus).



BoraGuard is recommended for all interior and exterior wood, wood-foam composite structural components, and cellulose insulation, which will be protected from rain and not in direct contact with soil. The treatment of lumber and cellulose insulation is permanent even after cutting and finishing providing the wood or insulation is not exposed to moisture or in contact with soil. This product is toxic to wood destroying insects but surface etching of treated wood, wood-foam composite structural components may occur.



WoodWorx Barrier Treatment for Unfinished Woods- WoodWorx is a scientifically formulated wood penetrant which chemically reacts with certain properties found in all wood and wood-based materials. WoodWorx is an aqueous penetrating preservative that reacts deep inside the wood and becomes a permanent part of the material. The result renders the material fire resistant (one which will not support combustion), vermin proof and waterproof, impervious to water or dampness. WoodWorx is not a surface coating which can wear off or be affected by weather, abrasive foot traffic or ultra-violet rays. Importantly, the application of WoodWorx will not change the physical appearance of the wood or wood-based materials. WoodWorx forms an “internal barrier within wood materials. Foreign matter such as acids, alkalis, oils, salts and other substances which can be permanently destructive to wood materials are neutralized by the application of WoodWorx. The chemical reaction of WoodWorx to foreign substances greatly increases the prevention of normal deterioration. Rot and mildew will become a thing of the past. WoodWorx has the advantage of being a non-toxic, non-flammable, odorless, water soluble, acid resistant and clear liquid compound. (Fugitive dye is used for product identification purposes only).
